Auto Ship is short for "Automatic Shipping," and it's a free, convenient option we offer to make your life easier. When you choose Auto Ship for an item (or items), you'll tell us how often you want it, give us a few payment details and then we'll automatically ship that item/those items to you according to the frequency you've selected. It's that simple!
Good question. And super easy to do. While you're shopping our site, items that can be auto-shipped automatically show that option on the item's description page. You'll see it right under the "One Time" option. If you want to auto ship the item, simply choose the Auto Ship option. Then, tell us how often you want it delivered and give us the details for the card you'd like us to charge for your deliveries. Then just finish shopping and checkout as normal. We'll ship your item(s) to you right away and get you on our schedule for recurring delivery based on the frequency you chose. It is quite literally a "one and done" process. You order once, and we'll deliver automatically until you tell us otherwise.
Another totally intelligent question. Definitely make sure that you're clicking the Auto Ship option and telling us the frequency for each item you're going to Auto Ship as you shop. However, there is no need for you to enter your credit card info on every item you want to Auto Ship in the same order. Simply enter your payment details into any one item, and in the notes/comments field of additional items, you may type something like "Please Auto Ship all items in this order using the same card" or "Auto Ship all items in this order." And keep in mind that it's perfectly fine for you to choose different frequencies for different items (for instance, if you want your food shipped once a month but treats shipped every 2 weeks).
We really do have the smartest customers around. Great question. This is a totally FREE service, so you're never locked into Auto Ship for any given amount of time. You may change, delay or cancel your deliveries at any time, for any reason. So, if you need to make any changes at all (including changing the product(s) set for Auto Ship), simply click the UPDATE MY AUTO SHIP link under Customer Service at the bottom of our homepage. Give us the details about what you'd like to change, and you're done! You may also send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us through our contact us page to let us know what you need. We'll make those changes lickety split.
At this time, there is not. But, remember that we ship every order of $59 or more absolutely free, and this applies to every Auto Ship order, too. Any order under $59 will ship for a flat fee of $8.
